XIO.GG - TRPG Scenario Submission Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users who create or submit TRPG scenarios (“Scenarios”) within the XIO.GG platform (“Service”), and establish the operational principles of the service.

Article 2 (Nature and Responsibility of User-Generated Content)

1. All scenarios registered in the Service are considered User Generated Content (UGC).
2. The registrant (author) bears full responsibility for any copyright, portrait rights, defamation, or other legal disputes arising from the scenario’s content, title, or images.
3. XIO.GG shall not be held legally liable for disputes between users or between users and third parties.

Article 3 (Content Restrictions)

1. Titles, text, dialogues, and images must not contain obscene, violent, criminally glorifying, sexual, hateful, or otherwise antisocial expressions.
2. Cover images must be free from copyright infringement; the use of generative AI or self-created images is recommended.
3. Cover images must not include antisocial, illegal, or inappropriate visual content.

Article 4 (Submission and Approval Process)

1. All scenarios are first saved in private edit mode and made public only after review and approval by an administrator.
2. When a scenario is modified, it must undergo the same review and re-approval process.
3. The administrator may reject or delete any scenario that violates these Terms or contains inappropriate content.

Article 5 (Copyright and License)

1. Copyright of the scenario remains with the registrant (author).
2. However, the registrant grants XIO.GG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, transmit, or display the scenario for the purposes of operation, exposure, promotion, or backup of the Service.
3. The registrant guarantees that the submitted scenario does not infringe upon any third party’s rights.

Article 6 (Deletion and Retention)

1. XIO.GG may make a scenario private or delete it without prior notice, in accordance with laws, requests from right holders, government authorities, or internal policies.
2. Deleted scenario data may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations such as investigations or record keeping.

Article 7 (Monitoring and Enforcement)

1. Registered scenarios are monitored regularly and randomly.
2. If a violation is found, the scenario may be made private, deleted, or the user’s account restricted without prior notice.
3. Repeated violations may result in permanent service restrictions.

Article 8 (Age Restrictions)

1. The scenario submission feature is available only to users aged 14 or older.
2. If a minor submits a scenario, it is deemed that they have obtained consent from their legal guardian.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. XIO.GG makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or legality of scenarios registered by users, and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
2. XIO.GG is not responsible for any data loss or service interruption caused by force majeure, system failures, or illegal acts by third parties.

Article 10 (Service Restrictions)

1. XIO.GG may suspend or restrict user accounts in cases of Terms violations, user reports, or repeated posting of inappropriate content.
2. The duration of restriction may vary depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation.

Article 11 (Amendments)

XIO.GG may revise these Terms in accordance with service policy changes or amendments to applicable laws. Revised Terms will take effect after being announced through the Service’s notice section.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Any matters not specified herein or any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the principal office of XIO.GG.

This document is provided as a translation for the convenience of English-speaking users. In the event of any discrepancy between the translation and the original text, the Korean version shall prevail.

XIO.GG - TRPG 시나리오 등록 약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 씨오지지(XIO.GG, 이하 “회사”) 플랫폼(이하 “서비스”) 내에서 이용자가 TRPG 시나리오(이하 “시나리오”)를 생성·등록함에 있어 필요한 권리, 의무, 책임 사항 및 서비스 운영 원칙을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (사용자 생성 콘텐츠의 성격 및 책임)

1. 서비스에 등록되는 모든 시나리오는 사용자 생성 콘텐츠(User Generated Content, 이하 “UGC”)로 간주됩니다.
2. 등록된 시나리오의 내용, 제목, 이미지 등으로 인해 발생하는 저작권, 초상권, 명예훼손, 기타 법적 분쟁의 모든 책임은 전적으로 등록자(작성자)에게 귀속됩니다.
3. 회사는 사용자 간 또는 제3자와의 분쟁에 대해 어떠한 법적 책임도 지지 않습니다.

제3조 (등록 시 유의사항)

1. 제목, 본문, 대사, 이미지 등 등록되는 모든 내용에는 비속어, 폭력, 범죄 미화, 성적 표현, 혐오 발언, 약물·도박 등 반사회적 표현을 포함할 수 없습니다.
2. 시나리오 커버 이미지는 저작권 침해의 소지가 없는 이미지를 사용해야 하며, 생성형 AI 이미지 또는 직접 제작 이미지를 권장합니다.
3. 커버 이미지 또한 반사회적 표현, 불법 또는 부적절한 시각적 요소를 포함할 수 없습니다.

제4조 (시나리오 등록 및 승인 절차)

1. 모든 시나리오는 생성 시 비공개 수정 모드로 저장되며, 관리자의 검수 및 승인 후 공개됩니다.
2. 시나리오 내용이 수정되는 경우에도 동일한 절차를 거쳐 재검수 후 재등록됩니다.
3. 회사 혹은 관리자는 비건전하거나 약관에 위배되는 내용이 포함된 경우 등록을 거부하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (저작권 및 이용권)

1. 시나리오의 저작권은 등록자(작성자)에게 귀속됩니다.
2. 단, 등록자는 회사가 서비스 운영, 노출, 홍보, 백업 등의 목적으로 시나리오를 비영리적으로 복제·수정·전송·공개할 수 있는 비독점적 이용권을 부여한 것으로 간주합니다.
3. 등록자는 자신이 등록한 시나리오가 제3자의 권리를 침해하지 않음을 보증합니다.

제6조 (게시물의 삭제 및 보존)

1. 회사는 법령, 권리자의 요청, 정부 기관의 요구 또는 서비스 정책에 따라 시나리오를 사전 통보 없이 비공개 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 삭제된 시나리오의 일부 데이터는 법적 의무(예: 수사 협조, 기록 보존 등)에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.

제7조 (사후 모니터링 및 제재)

1. 등록된 시나리오는 정기적 및 수시로 모니터링됩니다.
2. 모니터링 중 위반 사항이 발견되면 사전 통보 없이 비공개, 삭제, 계정 제한 등의 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.
3. 반복 위반자는 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제8조 (연령 제한)

1. 시나리오 등록 기능은 만 14세 이상 이용자만 사용할 수 있습니다.
2. 미성년자가 시나리오를 등록하는 경우, 법정대리인의 동의를 받은 것으로 간주합니다.

제9조 (면책 조항)

1. 회사는 이용자가 등록한 시나리오의 정확성, 신뢰성, 적법성 등에 대해 어떠한 보증도 하지 않으며, 그로 인해 발생하는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 천재지변, 시스템 장애, 제3자의 불법 행위 등 불가항력으로 인한 데이터 손실 또는 서비스 중단에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제10조 (서비스 이용 제한)

1. 약관 위반, 신고 접수, 또는 비건전 콘텐츠의 반복 등록 시, 회사는 계정을 일시 정지하거나 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
2. 계정 제한은 위반 내용의 정도 및 반복 여부에 따라 기간이 달라질 수 있습니다.

제11조 (약관의 개정)

회사는 서비스 정책 변경 또는 관련 법령의 제·개정에 따라 본 약관을 수정할 수 있으며, 개정된 약관은 서비스 공지사항을 통해 고지 후 효력이 발생합니다.

제12조 (관할 및 준거법)

본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항과 분쟁은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁 발생 시 관할 법원은 씨오지지(XIO.GG)의 회사 소재지를 관할하는 법원으로 합니다.
